Tenants whose annual income is less than half of the median income are given preference for housing. Evictions Have to Be Handled Correctly by Landlords

Second, landlords are required to put all eviction notifications in written form. A court will not recognise an eviction that was conducted verbally.

Third, according to the law, landlords are not permitted to evict tenants. That is something that can only be done by law enforcement.

Tenants have the right to contest their eviction in the event that their landlords violate any part of this procedure.
